General Inquiries
All peptides are synthesized to 99%+ purity and verified by independent HPLC testing. You receive the Certificate of Analysis with every order showing exact purity percentage, molecular weight confirmation, and batch number.
Lyophilized (powder) peptides remain stable for 24+ months at -20°C. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, store at 2-8°C and use within 30 days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles by aliquoting into smaller volumes.
Every shipment includes: the peptide vial with batch number, Certificate of Analysis (CoA), handling and storage guidelines, and Safety Data Sheet (SDS). We also include preparation notes for reconstitution.
No. All Retalabs products are strictly for laboratory research and educational purposes only. They are not for human or animal consumption, medical treatment, or personal use. We require research-use acknowledgment at checkout.
We don’t provide free samples. For first-time bulk orders, we offer a paid sample vial option so you can verify quality before committing to larger quantities.

Shipping Inquiries
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 16:00 CET ship same day. Orders placed after 16:00 or on weekends ship the next business day.
We ship via DHL and PostNL for domestic and EU delivery. Both provide tracking and reliable transit times. You select your preferred carrier at checkout.
- Netherlands: 1-2 business days
- EU countries: 2-5 business days
- Outside EU: 5-10 business days (customs may add delays)
Discrete, unmarked packaging with no external indication of contents. Inside, peptides are protected with temperature-stable materials and cushioning. We use cold packs for temperature-sensitive shipments when necessary.
We ship throughout the EU and selected international destinations. Due to regulatory variations, some countries restrict peptide importation. Contact us before ordering if you’re outside the EU.
EU customers: No additional customs fees. Non-EU customers: You are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in your country. We declare contents as “research peptides” with appropriate documentation.
Yes. You receive tracking information via email once your order ships. You can also track through your account dashboard.

We accept iDEAL (Netherlands), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer, and PayPal. Business customers can apply for invoice payment with NET 14 terms after establishing an account.
Yes. All transactions are processed through encrypted SSL connections. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.

Check your spam folder first. If not there, your email may have been entered incorrectly. Contact us with your name and approximate order time—we’ll locate it.
Yes. Contact us to schedule automatic shipments monthly or quarterly. This ensures you never run out of critical materials and often qualifies for volume discounts.
Returns & Issues
Due to the nature of research materials, we accept returns only for unopened products in original packaging within 14 days. Opened or used peptides cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.
Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange replacement shipment at no cost and file a claim with the carrier. Keep all packaging materials for inspection if required.
Mistakes happen. Email us with your order number and photos of what you received. We’ll send the correct item immediately and arrange return of the incorrect product.
Lyophilized peptides vary in appearance—some are fluffy, others form tight pellets. This is normal and doesn’t indicate quality issues. Check your CoA for specifications. If you’re concerned, contact us with the batch number.
Refunds are issued for: cancelled orders before shipment, returned unopened products, or verified product defects. Refunds process within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
